Structured starting point · care pathway mapping
Individual: 55 minutes
Couple / Family: up to 90 minutes · $375
A structured starting point that maps your system across Body, Mind, Heart, and Spirit — identifying current capacity, stage of engagement, and the sequencing that will support sustainable change.
This includes a pre-session reflection form, active assessment, and a documented care pathway using the Aspects & Alchemy treatment-planning structure.
The Comprehensive Systems Review may include reflection on body signals, regulation capacity, areas of tension or numbness, sleep, energy, patterns of activation, and how your system responds under stress. Any body-based mapping or reflection is collaborative, optional, and never interpreted for you.
A Comprehensive Systems Review is recommended when there are multiple layers, an unclear starting point, or a need for a fuller care map. It is not required before all session work begins.
Often useful for: new clients beginning a care relationship, existing clients at significant transitions, or anyone needing a fuller care map.
Stages: Orientation · Stabilization
Email support: Included
