Services For Individuals
Support for healing, growth, clarity, and integration through the Aspects & Alchemy framework.
Individual work is not only for crisis.
Some people come because they are healing from stress, grief, trauma, emotional overwhelm, body-based responses, or old patterns.
Others come because they are growing, changing, building confidence, preparing for something meaningful, strengthening focus, exploring purpose, or wanting to live with more clarity and alignment.
Aspects & Alchemy supports both healing and growth — repair and expansion, regulation and becoming.
You do not need to know which pathway is right before reaching out. We will determine the most supportive starting point together.
Choose Your Individual Pathway
Healing & Integration
For stress, grief, trauma, emotional patterns, nervous-system overwhelm, life transitions, body-based responses, and deeper personal repair.
This pathway supports regulation, emotional processing, pattern recognition, self-compassion, integration, and rebuilding from what has been carried.
Growth & Alignment
For confidence, focus, creativity, motivation, self-trust, values alignment, performance preparation, behaviour change, decision-making, identity, and personal development.
This pathway supports becoming more fully yourself, strengthening what is already emerging, preparing for meaningful change, and aligning your inner world with how you want to live.
Some sessions may support both healing and growth. The pathway is chosen based on your goals, readiness, and current capacity.
Begin Where You Are
You do not need to have the perfect words before beginning.
Some clients arrive with a clear goal. Others arrive with a feeling, a pattern, a body response, a transition, or the sense that something is ready to change.
Individual sessions are shaped around your current capacity, lived experience, goals, and readiness.
Some work begins with regulation and grounding. Some begins with conversation, clarity, planning, or focused hypnosis. Some clients need deeper integration work, while others are ready for growth, confidence, creativity, behaviour change, or values-based alignment.
The starting point is chosen together.
There is no expectation to move quickly. The work unfolds at a pace your system can sustain.
Session Rhythm
Most clients schedule primary sessions approximately every 3–4 weeks.
This gives your system time to settle, integrate, practise, and notice what changes in daily life before moving into the next layer of work.
Some clients may need more time between sessions. Others may benefit from additional support between primary sessions. We adjust the rhythm based on capacity, readiness, goals, and what is happening in your life.
There is no rush. Breaks are allowed. The pace is part of the work.
Explore Individual Session Options
The sessions below may support healing, growth, or both.
The right starting point depends on your goals, current capacity, readiness, and what kind of support would be most useful.
First connection · no commitment
Free · up to 30 minutes
A simple conversation to understand what brings you here, what you’re hoping for, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
No forms, no assessment, no commitment.
Often useful for: anyone considering working with Diana Marie Wellness Solutions for the first time.
Stage: Orientation
Email support: Not applicable
Structured starting point · care pathway mapping
Individual: 55 minutes
Couple / Family: up to 90 minutes · $375
A structured starting point that maps your system across Body, Mind, Heart, and Spirit — identifying current capacity, stage of engagement, and the sequencing that will support sustainable change.
This includes a pre-session reflection form, active assessment, and a documented care pathway using the Aspects & Alchemy treatment-planning structure.
The Comprehensive Systems Review may include reflection on body signals, regulation capacity, areas of tension or numbness, sleep, energy, patterns of activation, and how your system responds under stress. Any body-based mapping or reflection is collaborative, optional, and never interpreted for you.
A Comprehensive Systems Review is recommended when there are multiple layers, an unclear starting point, or a need for a fuller care map. It is not required before all session work begins.
Often useful for: new clients beginning a care relationship, existing clients at significant transitions, or anyone needing a fuller care map.

Sessions
Individual sessions are offered through several session pathways. Each pathway enters the Aspects & Alchemy framework from a different starting point while still honouring the whole person.
Sessions are paced to your capacity and guided by pillar, stage, and readiness.
Most individual clients begin with Breathwork & Grounding, Somatic Integration, or another regulation-based pathway before moving into deeper pattern, emotional, identity-level, or depth work.
Deeper material is not intentionally opened without a plan for grounding, pacing, and integration.
Optional Assessments
Assessments may be used to support clarity, reflection, and care planning.
They are not tests.
They are not diagnoses.
They are not required for every client.
When used, assessments help us understand patterns, capacity, stress load, nervous-system responses, strengths, and possible starting points. They are always interpreted in conversation, not used to define you.
Some clients benefit from structured reflection before beginning. Others begin with conversation and session work. Both are valid.
Optional assessments may include:
Comprehensive Systems Review reflection forms
Capacity and regulation check-ins
Body / Mind / Heart / Spirit self-ratings
Somatic or body-mapping reflection tools
Stage-of-engagement mapping
Additional reflective tools as they are developed
Body mapping may be used in the CSR or during somatic sessions as a gentle reflection tool, especially when words are hard to find. No body area is given one fixed meaning. We explore what the body may be signalling with curiosity, consent, and client-led interpretation.
Assessments support the work. They do not replace relationship, consent, or practitioner judgment.
Hypnosis-Informed, Capacity-Led Work
Hypnosis is woven through much of this work as a way of using language, attention, relaxation, imagery, suggestion, and inner access to communicate with the different aspects of the self.
This does not mean every session involves deep hypnosis.
Some sessions are conversational, somatic, creative, reflective, or skills-based. Others may use deeper hypnotic access when appropriate, consented to, and within capacity.
All sessions include some element of relaxation, regulation, grounding, or focused attention.
Hypnosis is both a method and a language of inner communication.
Body · Regulation & Somatic Awareness
The body leads.
All sessions begin with body-based regulation, regardless of pillar focus. Body-based support may include breath, grounding, sensation tracking, and body-based reflection to support somatic safety before insight-based, emotional, or subconscious work begins.
No body signal is treated as having one fixed meaning. We listen gently and work only within what your system can sustain.
Body regulation without hypnotic induction
55 minutes
A regulation-focused session using breathwork, grounding practices, and somatic awareness.
This supports the nervous system in returning to baseline and may be used for stabilization, maintenance, or re-entry after a break.
Often useful for: stress, overwhelm, nervous-system activation, grounding, body awareness, or returning to the work after time away.
Stages: Orientation · Stabilization

Body-led regulation and somatic awareness
55 minutes
A body-led session using sensation tracking, regulation, grounding, body awareness, and body-based reflection.
This session supports somatic safety before insight-based, emotional, or subconscious work begins. Body mapping may be used when helpful, especially when words are difficult to access. When you identify an area of sensation, tension, numbness, activation, or emotion, we may gently explore what can sometimes arise there, without assigning fixed meaning. Your experience leads the meaning.
No body signal is treated as having one fixed meaning. We listen gently and work only within what your system can sustain.
Often useful for: held tension, stress responses, protective body patterns, body disconnection, nervous-system regulation, or preparation before deeper work.

Mind · Meaning, Patterns & Language
The mind makes meaning.
Mind pathway sessions work with beliefs, narratives, subconscious patterns, and the language through which a person organizes their experience.
Body safety precedes all Mind pathway depth work.
Mind-based work may support both emotional patterns and growth-focused goals, including confidence, focus, habit change, motivation, preparation, and shifting beliefs that no longer fit.
Focused support for a specific situation or upcoming event
Up to 90 minutes
A focused hypnosis session for a specific situation, event, or short-term goal.
This may support preparation for dental visits, flying, medical appointments, public speaking, performance, testing, interviews, quitting smoking, vaping reduction, confidence, focus, habit change, or other situations where calming the nervous system and rehearsing a steadier response may be helpful.
This is not regression or open-ended depth work. The focus is practical preparation through relaxation, focused attention, suggestion, mental rehearsal, confidence-building, and helping the body and mind develop a more supportive response to the situation ahead.
Includes a personalized recording to support practice and reinforcement after the session.
Often useful for: quitting smoking, vaping reduction, dental anxiety, flying, medical appointments, public speaking, tests, interviews, performance, confidence, focus, habit change, or other specific short-term goals.
Stages: Orientation · Stabilization

Mind pathway · subconscious patterns and meaning
Up to 90 minutes
A hypnotherapy-based session that explores the beliefs, narratives, and protective patterns shaping how you think, feel, and respond.
This may include chakra, past life, energy, or Akashic-focused sessions when appropriate. Each enters through a different symbolic or energetic frame while still using guided hypnosis, parts awareness, and language-based change work.
Integration guidance may be provided after session when appropriate. A personalized integration recording may be added when useful.
Often useful for: limiting beliefs, self-worth, recurring thought patterns, anxiety patterns, identity work, spiritual exploration, or energetic alignment.
Stages: Stabilization · Exploration · Integration
Email support: Included
Optional add-on: Personalized Pattern Integration Recording · $75
Heart · Relationship & Emotional Integration
The heart registers what matters.
Heart pathway work supports emotional integration, relational clarity, and the restoration of connection — to self, to others, and to what is true.
Heart pathway · emotional and relational integration
Up to 90 minutes
A hypnotherapy-based session where emotion and feeling-state are the entry point.
This work explores not only what the heart is holding, but the relational function the emotional pattern may have served — what it protected, supported, or helped you survive.
The hypnotic state creates a receptive environment where emotional material can be accessed, witnessed, and integrated.
Often useful for: grief and loss, relational wounds, emotional numbness or flooding, self-compassion, forgiveness, heartbreak, attachment patterns, or feeling states that persist despite insight.
Stages: Stabilization · Exploration · Integration
Email support: Included
Mind / Heart support · processing and meaning-making
55 minutes
A supportive, language-based session for processing what has surfaced in your life, relationships, or previous sessions.
This work may support emotional processing, pattern recognition, boundaries, communication, grief, transitions, self-compassion, and clearer meaning-making.
It draws on both Mind and Heart — the storyteller and the felt sense of what matters.
Often useful for: processing feelings, relational dynamics, boundaries, grief, identity shifts, life transitions, or making sense of what has come up in the work.
Stages: Stabilization · Exploration · Integration
Email support: Included
Spirit · Integration & Direction
Spirit is coherence.
When body, mind, and heart are sufficiently integrated, Spirit expresses itself naturally — as purpose, direction, ethical voice, and the capacity to live from values rather than survival.
Spirit-based work may support meaning, identity, self-trust, values alignment, purpose, intuition, transition, and reconnecting with what feels true.
Spirit pathway · identity, values, and inner direction
Up to 90 minutes
A hypnotherapy-based session where identity, purpose, intuition, values, and the systems that shaped them are the entry point.
This session reconnects you with inner authority and direction while placing current patterns in the context of environments, relationships, or systems that shaped them.
Naming the system can help reduce self-blame and support meaning beyond role.
Often useful for: purpose and values alignment, identity work, intuition development, intergenerational patterns, institutional culture and its impact, self-blame, contextualization, or expansion-stage integration.
Stages: Stabilization · Exploration · Integration · Expansion
Email support: Included
Spirit support · presence, grounding, and renewal
55 minutes
A gentle session that deepens inner presence through guided visualization, mindfulness, and intentional stillness.
This supports values alignment, purpose exploration, intuition, identity, grounding, maintenance, and renewal without deep hypnotic induction.
Often useful for: purpose and values, intuition, identity, spiritual grounding, maintenance, renewal, or expansion-stage work.
Stages: Stabilization · Exploration · Integration · Expansion
Email support: Included
Expression Layer · Integration Bridge
The Expression Layer bridges all four aspects simultaneously.
It is available at every stage of the spiral — from initial discharge through to flow and collective contribution.
Creative, symbolic, and non-verbal integration
55 minutes
A session using movement, sound, drawing, rhythm, story, or music-guided release — the modes the system may use when language is insufficient.
The body initiates expression.
The heart receives it.
The mind clarifies through it.
The spirit lands in it.
This session may be used on its own or integrated into another session type.
Often useful for: non-verbal processing, grief and trauma integration, creative blocks, emotional release, expansion-stage flow, or clients who have reached the ceiling of language-based work.
Stages: Orientation · Stabilization · Exploration · Integration · Expansion
Email support: Included
Self-Directed Practice · Inner Access & Skill Training
Clients who develop their own self-hypnotic practice carry a tool they can use independently — between sessions, in daily life, and long after the therapeutic relationship closes.
This is the framework’s capacity-building principle made concrete.
Skill transfer · self-directed inner practice
Up to 90 minutes
This session teaches you to induce and work with your own hypnotic or deeply receptive state independently, without the practitioner present.
This is skill transfer, not treatment.
You leave with a personal practice that can support regulation, self-inquiry, pattern work, or expansion depending on your current stage.
Often useful for: clients ready to develop an independent practice, extend the work between sessions, or build sustainable self-directed capacity.
Stages: Stabilization · Exploration · Integration · Expansion
Email support: Included
Depth Work · Selective & Staged
RTT® is a deeper integrative process that may draw from all four aspects — Body, Mind, Heart, and Spirit — in one session.
Because it can work with subconscious patterns, emotional meaning, body responses, identity, and origin-level material, it is offered only when there is enough regulation and capacity to support integration.
RTT® is not required for everyone.
It is never the first step.
It is entered only when the timing is right.
Selective depth work · all aspects
Up to 180 minutes
RTT® is a deep integrative process that may draw from all four aspects — Body, Mind, Heart, and Spirit — in one session.
It works across the whole system through guided hypnosis, regression-based insight, cognitive reframing, and language-based change work.
RTT® is applied after a stabilization phase.
It is never a first session.
It is entered only when the timing is right.
A full re-entry protocol is included. A personalized recording is provided for daily use over 21–30 days.
Often useful for: deep-rooted patterns, subconscious belief structures, identity-level change, or pattern-origin work across all aspects.
Stages: Exploration
Requires: prior stabilization, client-initiated request, and practitioner assessment

Personalized recording: Included
Personalized Recordings
Integration support through customized audio
Personalized recordings may be included with RTT®, Focused Hypnosis Sessions, Pattern Integration Hypnotherapy, or other depth-oriented hypnosis work when appropriate.
For other hypnotherapy-informed sessions, a personalized integration recording may be added when it would support the client’s integration and align with the session pathway.
Recordings are not included with every session. They are offered when they have a clear purpose, such as reinforcing a focused goal, supporting post-session integration, strengthening a new pattern, or helping the client return to the work between sessions.
Optional recording add-on: $75
This add-on is available only when a recording would be supportive, appropriate, and within scope for the work being done.
Included with:
RTT®
Focused Hypnosis Session
Pattern Integration Hypnotherapy, when part of the session plan
Other depth-oriented hypnosis work, when appropriate
Available as an add-on for:
other hypnotherapy-informed sessions
integration-focused work
selected support pathways where audio reinforcement would be useful
Integration & Between-Session Support
Primary sessions are spaced to allow time for integration. For many clients, this means approximately 3–4 weeks between deeper sessions.
Primary sessions include brief, non-urgent email support related to session integration. Responses are generally provided within 24–48 business hours where possible. Email support is not crisis support, long-form processing, or a replacement for a scheduled session.
Support & Integration Sessions provide focused one-to-one time between primary sessions when additional grounding, reflection, consolidation, accountability, or follow-through would be useful.
They are additional support, not a replacement for primary sessions or the brief email integration support included after them.
Between-session integration, accountability, and maintenance
55 minutes
A focused 1:1 session for integrating what has surfaced, processing between-session experiences, maintaining steadiness, or supporting follow-through on agreed next steps.
This can include grounding, reflection, accountability, re-entry after a break, or practical support for staying connected to the work between deeper sessions.
This is not a primary depth session. It is additional support for integration, maintenance, and sustainable change.
Often useful for: between-session integration, consolidation after depth work, accountability, nervous-system maintenance, re-entry after a break, or clients who benefit from more frequent contact.
Stages: Stabilization · Exploration · Integration · Expansion
Email support: Not included
Packages & Accessibility
Packages are available after the initial connection and are planned in advance with the client.
Because session pathways are guided by capacity, stage, and treatment planning, packages are not intended to be purchased before we have clarified what kind of support is most appropriate.
Packages may be adapted between session types as the work unfolds.
A package does not lock you into one kind of session. Session pathway is selected at each booking based on your current stage, capacity, and goals.
Primary sessions within a package include brief email integration support for up to three weeks after the session. The amount of contact depends on the session pathway and identified support needs. More involved processing is moved into a Support & Integration Session.
Personalized recordings are included only where listed or agreed to as part of the session pathway. Optional recording add-ons are billed separately unless included in the package plan.
Package pricing is confirmed after initial connection and aligned with the treatment plan or support pathway developed together.
Package Flexibility
Packages are based on session value, not a fixed sequence.
This means sessions may be adapted between pathways when appropriate. For example, a package may include a mix of somatic support, coaching, hypnotherapy, expression work, self-hypnosis training, or integration support depending on what is most useful at the time.
A standard $120 session credit may also be divided into two Support & Integration Sessions.
This allows additional between-session support, accountability, or follow-through without rushing the deeper process.
3-Session Package
10% off
Focused support for a specific goal or beginning pathway.
Session type is selected at each booking based on current stage, capacity, and need.
6-Session Package
15% off
Consistent support across two to three months. May include a mix of session pathways depending on what is identified through treatment planning.
12-Session Package
20% off
A fuller spiral of support across multiple stages and aspects.
Best suited for clients moving through deeper or longer-term work with room for regulation, integration, and adjustment along the way.
3-Session Support Package
$160 flat
Three Support & Integration Sessions for between-session grounding, accountability, follow-through, maintenance, or re-entry after a break.
This package provides additional support between primary sessions without rushing the deeper process.
3-Session Post-Depth Integration Package
Pricing confirmed with treatment planning
Three trauma-informed integration sessions following RTT® or deeper hypnotherapy work.
This package supports processing what surfaced, integrating emotional or subconscious material, strengthening safety, and carrying the work into daily life.
This is recommended after RTT® or depth work when additional verbal processing, emotional support, or meaning-making would be useful.
Accessibility, Payment & Referral Credits
Payment methods include e-transfer, credit card through secure link, or cash for in-person sessions.
A deposit of 25–50% may be required at booking. Balance is due 24 hours before session unless another arrangement has been agreed to in writing.
Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice. Less notice may result in the full session fee being charged. Emergencies and exceptional circumstances are handled with understanding.
Accessibility
Limited reduced-rate or scholarship spaces may be available when capacity allows.
These options are reviewed privately and are not guaranteed. Availability depends on current schedule, service type, and practitioner capacity.
Referral Credits
Referral credits may be offered when someone you refer completes their first paid appointment.
Referral credits may be applied toward an individual session, support session, or package, depending on the client’s treatment plan and the value of the credit available.
If multiple referrals are made, credits may be carried forward and reviewed together. In some cases, they may be applied toward a larger package or combined with package pricing at practitioner discretion.
Referral credits are not cash payments, are not transferable, and must be approved before being applied.
